🙋 Yoga is not just about physical exercise, strength and flexibility training. It is also a part of life where we can have more awareness of ourselves and emotion. The class will combine basic yoga postures with variations to train core, thigh, and hip joint strength, focus the mind, and activate body awareness. Meditation will be integrated to help you gradually reconnect with your body and inner strength.
☀️ I was lucky enough to encounter yoga during a struggle time of my life. Through yoga practice, I was able to release emotions and stress, rediscover myself, and meet yoga community. I opened my heart and began to love life again, gaining a deeper understanding of myself. I hope to help more people learn about yoga and see their unlimited potential and strength!

-A completed sequence is included in each class

-Guides students into intermediate-level postures through a sequence of movements
-Shorter rest periods between movements

-Mainly paired with 50 minutes of yoga practice
-Guides students to become aware of their body through breathing techniques
-Helps to reduce tension and relax the body through breathing exercises
-Trains concentration and focus

The yoga practice is designed according to the needs of each student, and students are given assistance with daily exercises or stretching to help them strengthen body and release tension. ❓ What to expect in a 25-minute trial class:
➡️ Discuss learning goals and needs for yoga
➡️ Assess current physical condition and level
➡️ Determine teaching method and class expectations
➡️ Warm-up with simple breathing and movement exercises
🗒 Notes:
☀️ If the student does not enter the classroom within 15 minutes of the start of the class, it will be considered as forfeited.
☀️ Find a comfortable and quiet environment and try not to be disturbed by others during the class.
☀️ Bring your own yoga mat and towel, and if you have yoga blocks, ropes, and elastic bands will be better.
☀️ Keep the camera on and make sure the teacher can see most of the movements to ensure proper alignments
👉 If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class, please notify the teacher through Line/AT chat room.
