Leave requests within 1 hour will be considered on a case-by-case basis for refund issues (please refer to the list of reasons for sudden leave for details). ⚠️ For students who forget to attend or arrive late for their scheduled class: If a student arrives late or is absent from a scheduled class, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the student has not arrived after 15 minutes, the classroom will be closed immediately, and there will be no refund or course fee reimbursement. After confirmation, if the course cannot proceed smoothly due to technical issues on the student's side, the course will be canceled after 15 minutes of attempting to resolve the issue, and a 50% refund will be provided.
