In just 25 minutes we talked about many things, from pronunciation to cultural tips and the different ways to say the same thing in different contexts. For example, I didn't know that in Cantonese you may have different words for "thank you" according to the situation. That was great and very useful to know. We also talked about traditional HK delicious street food and useful sentences to order food or asking for a taxi. Miss Ng was very patient! She assisted me with the pronunciation several times suggesting me the right way to produce the sound. I really like her teaching style and the teaching material she uses in class is really well structured. This meeting really was a delight, and I didn't even notice that our time was up! I will keep practicing with her. Thank you Miss Ng!!!
