We need to have quality actions. Many people think they are going towards their goal with certain actions but the reality is that actions are not sufficiently impacting and are of poor quality. 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 We will see how your limiting beliefs are unfounded by responding to powerful questioning such as: "Is this belief just a habit that you have got into, does the evidence really support it?" "Did this belief come from someone else?" Your limiting beliefs will be debunked also by examples of others who have managed to reach the same goal you want to reach. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞" Many of my clients come up with unreal excuses since they say they don't have enough of some resource. That resource could be time, money, support, ingenuity, energy, intelligence and the like. I call this the "I don't have bubble". I show my clients that these limitations are just in their mind and they can really get more time, more money or more support. For example, if you need more time you can either figure out ways of doing existing tasks more quickly or you can get out of bed as soon as you wake up so you begin working on objectives that little bit earlier. 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 We will dig into your life story to identify the roots of any problem areas. When we find the roots of the problems we can better understand the issues at hand and therefore apply more contextualized solutions which work for the client. 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐯 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 We will identify realistic actions and constantly review the actions you're taking. Many of my clients take what I call soft actions. These are actions which aren't very impactful in terms of achieving their goal and are often a waste of time, energy and money. I will push you to take hard actions because these are the most impacting tasks you can do. I will be your accountability manager so if you're not taking those hard actions, there will be trouble. However, at the end of the day I cannot force you, you have to take conscious responsibility for taking the steps towards your goal.
