--- If You Are a Yoga Beginner ---
Initially, you may feel that yoga requires some muscular endurance, but based on student feedback, familiarity typically sets in after two months. Building muscle strength takes time, so in class, try your best to follow the pace, and the teacher will provide different exercises based on your level. No need to worry!
