I offer a yoga that invites you to deepen your connection with the whole being 🙏.
A practice that helps us to listen and be in tune with our bodies, and to adapt the asanas (poses) to our needs to get the most benefit from them. Learning to find what makes us feel good with gentle flows or having fun at challenging ourselves or even exploring the medicine of sound during a restorative practice.

My wish is to help others to listen and be in tune with our bodies, to adapt yoga to our needs and get the most benefits from it.
Different types of yoga offered:
🌿 Yoga for beginners, if you just want to learn (or review) the basics, or specific postures
🌿 Hatha Flow, between Hatha and Vinyasa (which is a dynamic yoga)
a fluid sequence of movements synchronized with the breath. By concentrating on your breath you help the body in the effort, and you relax your mind. By energizing the body it also promotes the elimination of toxins, and facilitates the circulation of energy.
A relaxation closes the sessions
and allows you to feel at the same time
relaxed and re-energized.
