Sergey is great for teaching unconfident begginers. He's very calm, encouraging, and communicates well in both English and Russian. Whilst every teacher (apart from one) I've had on here has been great, Sergey for me so far works best due to his patience, knowledge and calm manner. I highly recommend him as a teacher. P.s. I'm sure he'd probably be great for intermediates/advanced too, I just have no experience of him at that level, so can't comment on that. But he's definitely great for learning/ practicing dialogue if that's what you're looking for :)

Viktor is very enjoyable to interact with and very calm and patient. He encourages questions and is very willing to go outside of his lesson plan to explain concepts to you. He creates a very calm learning environment which is great for those who are nervous about getting things wrong. I highly recommend Viktor as a Russian tutor.

Today we review Russian letters and learned some basic words and phrases. The teacher is really patient and friendly. She explained everything clearly. It was a really effective lesson and I’m looking forward the next lesson!

I have been taking lessons with Natalia for almost a year now and I enjoyed every lesson. She is very nice and patient. In the previous lesson we started off with a little game of making sentences with everyday verbs. We then used a textbook exercise to practice conversations used when going to a restaurant. The last part was a listening practice of a clip of a Russian TV show. Before we watched the video we went through the vocabulary first, and after the video and went through the dialogue together. With all the practices I am now very familiar with the new words. I particularly like that Natalia tries to explain new words and concepts in Russian first, so that I have a chance to understand Russian in Russian. If I looked confused, Natalia would then use English to explain again.

I've had about 8 lessons with Viktor so far. I appreciate his eagerness to teach and how he encourages me to learn writing in Russian as well, which I find extremely helpful. He always comes to class well-prepared with the study materials and he comes up with different ways to teach and for me to practise Russian, such as playing games. His teaching methods are unique and I look forward to learning more. Спасиба Виктор!

I was able to tell Sergey about my experience, in Russian, with a Russian speaker on the weekend. I definitely feel like my Russian is going somewhere and not just due to learning about the Verbs of motion. As usual, for anyone interested in learning Russian. He's the teacher to go to! No pun intended ;)

I couldn't be happier about my lessons with Amalie. Always smiling and good at making the lessons so interesting that you will really want to talk. Somehow she seems to speak more clearly than most other Russians, so she is surprisingly easy to understand. Alex is a really good teacher, we had a review and I thought it was going to be meh, but it ended up being challenging but fun, actually rather fun to combine what we have been studying with simple sentences that made me use my memory my notes and had me asking lots of questions. we saw vocab and noun and adjective gender combination with some verbs I apricate how he adds grammar in such a seamless way. so it is actually fun instead of, well , dry grammar. thank you so much I am really advancing fast

I've learned with Mr. Sergey the past tense. He explains the topics in detail & in a very good way, he always gives me instructions so that I do not forget. He also taught me the directions. We practiced listening and then we solved the exercises. The lesson with Mr. Sergey is always effective and the atmosphere of the class is very comfortable.

Stanislava is an excellent teacher. She continues to test you during the course of the lesson, as she opens your mind to new concepts and phrases. She will bring up grammar abruptly, so that you can see a challenge and change in what you are learning, but then she will expertly lead you to find meaning. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking better knowledge and proficiency in Russian!

Александр is super friendly and is very clear. My native language is Spanish and my English is not very good but I can understand Александр. He has positive energy and he is very interested in why I want to learn the Russian language so that I can adapt his classes according to my needs. If you want to learn the Russian language and feel comfortable in the class, I recommend Александр. I can't wait for the next lesson :) Thank you very much.

Today we’ve learned some formal and informal conversation and we did some exercises about difference between formal conversation and informal conversation, after that, we learned some vocabularies about professions in Russian. Another fun lesson. Alex is a very calm and easy to talk to teacher.He always answers my questions in a way that is easy to understand.Russian is difficult, but I believe I will improve if I take more lessons with him.

I always enjoy learning with Alex. Today I spoke with him in Russian. I was happy because I was able to speak. He helps me and encourages me a lot to learn. I highly recommend learning with him because he doesn't use the traditional methods, but rather uses more effective methods of teaching. He gives me Homework that help me understand the topics as well. You will feel comfortable During his lesson and you will get a lot of new informations
