My name is Christine, a graduate of
BA English Language and Literature. A TESOL holder and trained ESL teacher.
I’ve been teaching English for five years and I was able to teach young learners, adults, and kids. I taught TOEFL, TOEIC, Business Eng, Conversations, Discussions, Articles, Grammar, Pronunciation, IPA, and Basic English and many more. I also worked as an assistant speaker for government employees in the Philippines in the topic Public Speaking. I have attended seminars, workshops, and trainings to challenge myself and gain more experience to better my teaching skill and strategies. In the English field, professionalism and flexibility is what I apply to ascertain the needs of my students at all times. It's more of a give and take process where teachers can share their knowledge to students, and teachers can learn from their students. I believe that enjoying such time in learning English is one way to enhance student's skills and ability. I'm honored to help bring confidence to students in class. I’m passionate about music because it is where I can express myself more. I do sports like volleyball, table tennis, basketball, billiards, and badminton. Whenever I’m free from work I go traveling to local places and take photos of everything that’s beautiful to me. Lastly, hiking. It’s a fun exercise for me because I can hike undiscovered places and spend time with friends and other people. It always eases my stress and building more positivity.
