Hello everybody, my name is Andreas and I'm a Greek Language and History teacher. I especially enjoy teaching other nationality people, because we’ll have the chance to get to know each other, learn about each other's culture and at the end of the day, you get to speak and write Greek. Greek will help you feel more confident to your trip in Athens, Santorini, or less known beautiful places. Feel comfortable to order in a traditional restaurant, visit a museum and socialize with the warm and friendly Greek people. My teaching method is based on using small talk, music, funny and interesting culture info and every day’s life events so knowledge comes quickly and pleasantly. Bonus, at the same time, I help you improve your English. If you like history, philosophy, Socrates, Plato, Alexander the great, and Homer, I’d be more than glad we go that way. In my lesson you will learn how to write, read and speak Greek, for any occasion and level: • Fast learning for travelers in Greece. • In-depth learning for perfect pronunciation and fluency in speaking, and additionaly the use of idioms. Custom learning for: • Professional purposes, • Greek books reading, • Religious reasons (reading The Holy Bible) and • For Ancient History and Philosophy enthusiasts. ALL students are welcome in my class, regardless of nationality, color, gender or gender group, age or level of learning. Knowledge is for all people of this world. • During our lesson you let me know at any time, if you did not understand something, if I speak fast, if my pronunciation is strange etc. There are no "stupid questions". I will explain everything to you again and again, as many times needed. • I am open to your suggestions. We can co-configure some course details. • If you want to cancel the course, please notify me in time (a day before) and I will do the same. • I prefer to teach with both of our cameras on, in order to see the student's reactions during the lesson. That way I’ll be able to understand that we are at a good level of communication. • As the level of the student is going up, the lessons pricing will be adjusted.
